① The integrity of DC high-voltage generator shall be checked before use. The connecting cable shall be free of open circuit and short circuit, and the equipment shall be free of damage such as breakage.
② Take the pressure doubling cylinder out of the case and place it in a suitable safe place, and connect the power line, cable and ground wire respectively. The protective grounding wire, the working grounding wire and the grounding wire of the discharge rod are separately connected to the ground wire of the test object (i.e., one-point grounding). It is forbidden to connect the grounding wires in series with each other. For this purpose, ground wire shall be used.
Precautions for DC high-voltage generator:
1. In order to ensure personal safety, users are repeatedly reminded to pay attention to the good grounding of the control box and the voltage doubling cylinder and the discharge of the test object and the voltage doubling cylinder after shutdown.
2. Prevent foreign matters from entering the control box. If there is a fan in the control box, check whether the fan operates normally.
3. When the insulation cylinder of the pressure doubling cylinder is dirty, please use a dry cloth to clean it. Do not use alcohol, gasoline and other organic solvents to clean it. Clean the surface of the insulating cylinder with detergent, and use it after it is dried. Please put it into the box when it is transported or not used.
4. When replacing the fuse, please replace the fuse according to the amperage marked next to the fuse holder.
5. Do not open the control box and pressure doubling cylinder without permission, otherwise the warranty of the product will be affected, and the manufacturer will not be responsible for disassembling it.
6. The instrument shall be protected from rain erosion and collision and falling during transportation.
